To make a booking please follow the booking links in the menu or call us on (07) 3132 7820 or 0402 750 211.

To change your appointment we kindly ask that you allow at least 48 hours’ notice so that we are then able to fill your spot. You can log onto your FRESHA account to manage or change your bookings otherwise, you are always welcome to contact us and we can make the changes for you.

Walk in appointments are always welcome. However, to avoid disappointment we highly recommend you booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Children are certainly welcome to your appointments but please do keep in mind that others may be having a relaxing treatment done at the time you are in and we would really appreciate it if we could keep the noise in the clinic to a minimum.

Deposits are required when making an appointment with Flawless Studios. You can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, your deposit will be forfeited.

Our suggestion to this is to firstly book yourself in for a skin consult. Skin consultations are free of charge and will allow us some time to assess your skin and speak with you about your concerns. Following this we can then organise a suitable time with you to book in a treatment that will be suited entirely to your skin.
If you are really wanting to lock in a treatment and don’t have time for a consultation then we would always recommend starting with a DMK enzyme level one.

If you have recently had injectable treatments done then you will need to wait two to four weeks before having any skin or laser treatments done. For an accurate answer on this matter please call the clinic and speak with one of our skin therapists who will be able to help you further.

Yes we certainly do. We can tailor our packages to suit each individual and make sure you also receive the correct home care products to ensure you are getting the best results.

YES! The DMK Alkaline Wash system is a remarkable hair removable system designed to reduce fine downy dense facial hair. The alkaline wash is painless and effective as the high Ph. solution dissolves deep down into the hair shaft, weakening the papilla.

The recommended time between laser sessions on the body is 4 weeks. This will gradually change as your treatments progress as less hair will be coming back in between sessions.
The recommended time frame between sessions on the face is 2 weeks which in turn will also change as treatments progress.

Yes it has been effective on blonde, grey and white hairs but effectiveness can vary. We highly recommend a consult prior to booking your treatment. The DMK alkaline wash could be a potential substitute depending on the skin. Speak with one of our skin therapists to find out more.

Unfortunately not. If you have had recent sun exposure before your laser appointment we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to another time.

We are unable to perform laser on clients who have got any tanning solution visibly on the skin.

You are able to start laser at 14 but will need parent consent to be able to proceed with treatment if you are under the age of 18.

Yes, you sure can. However, it’s now recommended that you get a confirmation from your doctor before continuing laser treatments and we ask that you bring the letter from your doctor before we continue any future sessions.
